I like the way your resume is categorized, both chronologically and by type of work. Just having a one-sentence description of each job makes a lot of sense, and listing equiment and software proficiency later under a heading makes for easy browsing. Starting off with a quick description of yourself as a TV producer leads well into the listing of your work experience.
